WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE NEEDED?

To obtain the vehicle from our premises the following documents are required:

A valid driving licence National I.D. plus a current document showing that the address is identical to the one on the reservation.
Foreign nationalities must also show a valid passport. A valid major credit card (holder must be present)Copy of the reservation from the web-site.

If any of the above cannot be produced we cannot complete the rental of the vehicle.

RETURN OF VEHCILE

On return, follow signs for car rental return, park vehicle in Autos Boomerang reserved area. Go to the office in car park to return the keys and collect deposit after the vehicle has been checked for damage and fuel. If the vehicle has been involved in an accident please return accident report form.

DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE

The vehicle given will be within that car group, it is impossible to specify model of car, colour or type of fuel. (Although a request can be made but not guaranteed).
If on arrival the vehicle group is unavailable an upgrade to a higher group will be given at no additional cost. It is the client’s responsibility to inform us on collection of the vehicle if there is something incorrect.

The car will have been checked for oil, water and tyres. Clients are responsible during the rental for maintaining these items
